To improve our services, we automatically collect technical and behavioral data during your use of Yomee, such as:

• device and browser information (model, system version, IP address, resolution, etc.);
• log details (access time, language, web pages visited);
• content created on Yomee (text, images, audio, video) and related metadata (time, date, location).

3. Live Broadcast Verification

Users applying to become live broadcasters must complete identity verification, including providing phone number, real name, ID card, and facial recognition data. These requirements comply with applicable real-name authentication laws. Such sensitive data will only be collected if you confirm your explicit consent through a pop-up window. Facial recognition is performed in real time; after verification is completed, the biometric data will be destroyed immediately and will not be retained or shared.

III. Protection and Storage of Personal Information

Account Protection

We employ technical measures such as encryption, backup, and secure storage to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, alteration, or misuse. However, due to the inherent complexity of the internet, we cannot guarantee absolute security. We recommend that users keep their login credentials secure.

Information Disclosure

During online transactions, you may need to disclose personal information (such as address, phone number, payment information) to your counterparty. Please exercise caution and only share information when absolutely necessary.

Data Breach Response

If you discover that your data (especially account credentials) may have been compromised, please notify Yomee Customer Service immediately so that we can take remedial measures.

In certain circumstances permitted by law, Yomee may process personal data without the user's prior authorization. These situations include:

• fulfilling your specific contract requests;
• maintaining service stability and resolving system problems;
• conducting activities related to news reporting in accordance with legal provisions;
• academic or public welfare research after anonymization;
• other situations stipulated by applicable laws.

If the revisions significantly affect your rights, Yomee will notify you through the homepage, notifications or emails before implementation. Your continued use of the platform after the revisions constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

VI. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

This Privacy Policy shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, excluding its conflict of law rules. Any disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, the case shall be heard by a court of competent jurisdiction in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
